The Impact of TQM on Academic Performance in Jordanian Universities from the perspective of its Faculty members

Abstract

The aim of the study was to identify the impact of TQM on academic performance in Jordanian universities. To achieve the purpose  of the study, a random sample of academic faculty members and administrators was selected at the universities of Jordan and Philadelphia. Areas to answer the questions of the study, and was verified the validity and stability. The results of the study were based on a set of results: The level of estimation of the sample of the study of the effect of TQM on the academic performance in the Jordanian universities was high with an average of 4.035. The differences between the arithmetic averages according to the study variables(Position, type of university, degree) are not statistically significant in all the sub-areas of the study instrument
