Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the effectiveness of hypermedia program of  the principles of visual perception in accordance with the Gestalt theory in the achievement and development of skills to produce digital visual learning resources and visual thinking skills of graduate students. To achieve the objectives of the research, a semi-experimental curriculum was used on a sample of students of the first year, a special diploma in specific education. The research tools Included  tests for Achievement and practical skills which were evaluated through the assessment card of the production of digital visual learning resources for students and a test of visual thinking and the results of the search for:
-     There is a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.01) > between the average scores of the experimental group students and the control group students in the achievement test after the experiment for the experimental group.
-     There was a statistically significant difference at the level (0.01) > between the average scores of the experimental group students and the control group students in the practical test of the skills of producing digital visual learning resources after the experiment for the experimental group.
-     There is a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.01) > between the average scores of the experimental group students and the control group students in the visual thinking test after conducting the experiment in favor of the experimental group.
-     There is a statistically significant relationship between the average scores of the experimental group students in achievement test, practical test and visual thinking test.
-     There is  an effectiveness of hypermedia program in the development of achievement, production skills and visual thinking skills of the experimental group students more than the rate of gain adjusted for Blacke. The research recommended the need to pay attention to the development of visual thinking skills among university students.
