Abstract

the current research aims to study the effectiveness of an extension program based on promoting university youth’s practice of environmentally friendly strategies to achieve climate neutrality. Which is represented by the strategy of (sustainable diet, environmental footprint, circular economy and creativity), The data was completed by applying the research tools represented by (the primary data form for the research sample, a questionnaire about university youth’s practice of environmentally friendly strategies, and a guidance program to enhance university youth’s practice of environmentally friendly strategies), on a purposive, random sample of (324) university youth from Both sexes, from different social and economic levels from some theoretical and practical colleges at Zagazig University, and an experimental sample of (42) young university students of both sexes who were selected intentionally from the lower quartiles. This research followed the descriptive analytical method and the experimental method, and the data was analyzed and the appropriate statistical treatments were performed using the (Spss) program,
