Abstract

The research mainly aimed to determine the nature of the relationship between soft leadership skills and family crisis management among a sample of heads of households in Gharbia Governorate. The research sample consisted of (300) heads of families. The most important results were: the presence of a statistically significant correlation between each of the soft leadership skills of the head of the family in its three dimensions and the management of family crises in its three dimensions, and the existence of a correlation between the soft leadership skills of the head of the family in its three dimensions and the management of family crises in its three dimensions and both (age of the head of the family - duration of marriage) While there is no correlation between the size of the family and each of the soft leadership skills of the head of the family in its three dimensions and family crisis management in its three dimensions, there are statistically significant differences between the averages of rural and urban housewives in soft leadership skills in favor of urban housewives and the absence of statistically significant differences between the averages.
