Abstract

• Summary:

The research aims to measure the impact of Keller’s strategy (learning for mastery), which represents a form of individualizing education, and is one of the methods that provides an appropriate educational environment for all female students, which enables each female student to achieve the required goals with the method, tools, and activity that suits her and does not move from step to step. Only after reaching the stage of mastery, as well as preserving the Saudi heritage by reformulating its vocabulary with a contemporary vision, and highlighting its features, which works to enhance belonging and preserve the heritage and values of society from extinction. To achieve the research objectives, the research sample (16) was chosen from ninth-level female students, design department. Fashion at the College of Home Economics, Bisha University in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, who are studying the course on traditional clothing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Mahood helm cloak were also chosen as a distinctive heritage piece. The research followed the descriptive analytical method in extrapolating previous literature and studies and the experimental method to verify the effectiveness of the independent variable, which is the program based on the Keller strategy or learning to mastery, on the dependent variable, which is the design and implementation of the manger’s rudder cloak with a contemporary vision using pre- and post-measurements.
