The exposure of the media elite to You Tubers' programs on YouTube and its relationship to the level of credibility of the content provided

Abstract

The study aimed to identify the degree of exposure of the media elite to You Tubers' programs on YouTube and its relationship to the level of credibility of the content provided. The study also monitored the most important skills enjoyed by You Tubers from the point of view of the media elite. The questionnaire was applied to a sample of 100 individuals from the media elite in various governmental and private universities.

The study reached a set of results, the most important of which are

- The total score of the measure of presentation skills of presenters of programs on YouTube from the point of view of the elite of the research sample amounted to (69.83%), which reflected an average evaluation by the research sample of the presentation skills of presenters of programs on YouTube.

- (Speaking skill) came in the first rank with a rate of 72.91% among the skills of program presenters on YouTube, while (Voice skill) came in the last rank with a rate of 65.93%.
