Abstract

The current research aims to identify the impact of a training program based on the TPACK model in an electronic training environment in developing the skills of the teacher of the digital age among the faculty members of the Faculty of Home Economics, Al-Azhar University. The research sample consisted of 60 faculty members for the academic year 2022/2023 AD. The cognitive test of the skills of the teacher of the digital era between the pre and post application at the level of 0.001 in favor of the post application, and the effect size was (3.6), and there was a statistically significant difference between the average scores of the research group in the skill assessment card of the skills of the teacher of the digital era at the level of 001.0 in favor of the post application, and the effect size was (10), and the effect size values indicate the strength of the effect of the training program based on the TPACK model in the electronic training environment in increasing the level of faculty members in the cognitive aspects In addition, there were no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the research group between the post and follow-up measurement to test the cognitive and skill side of the skills of the digital age teacher.
