Summary:

People with special needs are considered creative human energy, contrary to what many non-specialists in the field consider. this will only be achieved by changing the cognitive perspective of those around them, supporting their positive attitudes towards them, and practical measures that support their integration and empower them with all the services, facilities, and rights that they enjoy.

It has others without special needs, and the attention of the world has paid attention in recent years to the necessity of caring and caring for people with disabilities and special needs, after the research and studies conducted on them confirmed that they have capabilities, capabilities and preparations, which are in no way less than the average person, so the goal of the research To train people with special needs who are deaf and dumb on a lot of skills in order to integrate them into society and benefit from their energies and enhance their self-confidence.
