Abstract

The research aims mainly to reveal the impact of the training program prepared to develop the skills of managing small projects for the wives of irregular workers with its dimensions (administrative skills - technical skills) on family stability in light of the Corona pandemic in its dimensions (social stability, economic stability, health stability, psychological stability) Where the data was obtained through the application of the research tools, which are (general data form for the wife and her family - Scale for Developing Small Enterprises Management Skills - M.There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (0.01) in all axes of the small business management skills scale according to the variable of residence in favor of the urban sample, according to the age variable in favor of the sample whose ages were 40 years and over, according to the husband's education variable in favor of the husbands At the higher educational level, according to the wife's education variable in favor of wives at the higher educational level
