The effect of collaborative E-Traninig on Acquisition Teachers ofBasic Subjects With Skills of Managing Virtual classrooms

Abstract

This research aims to provide teachers of basic subjects with the skills of managing virtual classrooms through collaborative E-Training using microsoft office 365 applications. The research was applied to a group of teachers of basic subjects for middle school , this sample consisted of 40 male and female teachers The collaborative e-training strategy, which included objectives, content, participatory tasks and evaluation for use in acquiring skills, used virtual classroom management using applications for virtual classroom management skills using Microsoft Office 365 applications, with the use of the ADDIE educational model.
The study sample was divided into eight groups. So that each group consists of five teachers from the teachers of the basic subjects for the preparatory stage, and eleven training sessions were conducted electronically using the Teams application, which is one of the Microsoft Office 365 applications. The effectiveness of participatory electronic training in providing teachers of basic subjects for the preparatory stage the skills of managing virtual classrooms
