Abstract

The current research aimed to develop an electronic learning environment based on technological empowerment according to the level of cognitive flexibility (adaptive / Spontaneous) to develop digital learning skills and professional compatibility among faculty members at Deraya University in Minya. The research followed the experimental approach and the experimental design with two groups, where the research sample was divided into two experimental groups According to the level of cognitive flexibility K, and the research and measurement tools were represented in: the cognitive flexibility scale to classify the research sample, the cognitive aspect achievement test for digital learning skills, the scale for estimating the performance of a faculty member for digital learning skills, the professional compatibility scale, and the research results resulted in the development of digital learning skills, professional compatibility and high The level of awareness of the technological empowerment of the research sample, and the first experimental group outperformed the second in all measurement tools, The research recommended the necessity of enabling faculty members, teachers and students to employ modern digital technologies in the educational situation in light of digital transformation, and to implement the directives of the political leadership in developing appropriate plans and strategies for technological empowerment in educational institutions in the light of Egypt’s Vision 2030
