The effectiveness of a training program for technical education students to develop their skills in the garment industry to meet the needs of the labor market

Abstract

The research aimed at building a training program for developing technical students ’skills and knowledge “Dual learning and training” at garment clothes factory to imply patient clothes, to measure the effectiveness of the training program and a try to fulfill their needs and facilitate their access to the information. The sample was consisted of (59) male and female students from a dual school. The research has been put in practice at Al-Muhamadeen school in Fakous
then the pre-test and post-test were implied on students. The study was come at that there were statistically differences among students’ averages in skills and knowledge which were on the training program to the right of the post- tests averages. That refers to the importance of the training program in developing knowledge and emotional sides in making a male patient clothes. The researcher has recommended to imply a training program to raise students’ performance and developing their skills in industry of garment and presenting many programs which aim-to help this category to confront the needs of work market specially in these constable conditions and to achieve competative ability.
