Creating Evening Wear Designs Embroidery with 3D style Inspired by Najd Decorative Motifs

Abstract

The research aimed to inspiration from the heritage units in the area of "Najd" and to create evening wear designs for women whose ages range from (25-35) years and body size from (38-40, the sources of inspiration from the traditional decorative units in the area of "Najd" were characterized by distinctive values which has been employed by following the elements and foundations of design to achieve aesthetic and functional aspects in innovative design The Najd decorations are represented in (architecture, ornaments, clothing, decorative tools, textiles and Sadu products), using a 3D embroidery style that includes a number of techniques such as (padding, lace, wire, buckle, fluff, high stitches, high materials machine embroidery), ), in addition to measuring the opinions of both specialists and consumers in the innovative designs represented in the number of (15) designs for evening clothes (long and short dresses, suits, jumpsuits), in addition to the implementation of selections from them, which obtained the highest results from the two research samples, And to identify the opinions of both specialists and consumers in the implemented designs, which are represented in three designs, and the research followed the descriptive approach to measure the survey of the opinions of both specialists and consumers in the proposed designs, with the application of selections of designs.
