Abstract

The effectiveness of a training program for graduates of specialized colleges on quality standards for chef uniforms

The research sample consisted of (30) trainees who are graduates from specialized higher colleges and institutes that contain departments for clothing, textile or fashion. The ages of training range from (23:30) years, all of whom have no previous experience in the subject of training (quality standards for chef uniforms).
The training program is designed for specialized graduates to standardize the quality of chef uniforms, which is based on the clear application of (knowledge, skills and attitudes) required to work in the field of uniforms in accordance with the standards.
Explanatory models were made of the operating stages of the uniform, the quality check points and the extent of the compatibility of the parts with each other, taking into account the technical and technical foundations of the various operation and manufacturing.
Benefiting from the subject of study in the work of small projects in the field of manufacturing uniforms that achieve the quality standards. Increasing awareness of different groups in society of the importance of quality standards and their impact on the manufacture of clothes, especially uniforms. Preparing many training programs that include quality standards for various fields of clothing and textile in general and garment manufacturing in particular.
