A proposed Senario for Activating the Electronic Supervision Model in Egypt from the point of view of Kindergarten Supervisors and Teachers

Abstract

Showing the most important features of educational supervision in Kindergartens as well as some modern trends in the field.
2. Uncovering the reality of electronic supervision in kindergartens in Egypt as one of the mechanism of modern supervision.
3. Identifying the challenges facing electronic supervision in kindergartens from the point of view of supervisors and teachers.
4. Presenting a suggested scenario for activating the electronic supervision in the Egyptian kindergartens.

The methodology: The research has used the analytical descriptive method.
The sample: The research sample consisted of (420) supervisors and teachers.
The field study tool: A questionnaire decided into two major axes with (50) items.
Findings:
1. According to the sample, applying electronic supervision in kindergartens is moderate.
2. There are many challenges facing electronic supervision in kindergartens.
In the light of the findings of the field study, a suggested scenario has been proposed in activating the electronic supervision in the Egyptian kindergartens from the point of view of supervisors and teachers.
