Abstract

The current research aims to prepare, implement and evaluate a A guide program based on the techniques of neuro- linguistic programming for developing strategic thinking and Managing Change for university youth in the light of the requirements of the age of intelligence. The core study sample consisted of (260) university students, including both sexes, who were chosen from a number of practical and theoretical colleges with "Helwan / mansoura" universities, and the experimental study sample consisted of (65) young men and women chosen from the sample. The core is from low-level awareness of strategic thinking, Managing Change, and research tools included a general data form, a strategic thinking questionnaire, Change Management questionnaire, an awareness survey of the requirements of the age of intelligence, a guide program based on the techniques of neuro- linguistic programming for developing strategic thinking and Managing Change for university youth in the light of the requirements of the age of intelligence. The research followed the descriptive, analytical, and experimental approach. The results showed that the level of strategic thinking among university students is low by 45%, and that the level of Change Management is low by 94.6%, as well as a decrease in the level of awareness of the requirements of the age of intelligence by 39.2%, and the results also showed a statistically significant variance in the level of strategic thinking Among the research sample, according to some variables of the study, according to gender,
