Managing the expatriate university student for her life resources and their relation to her independence behavior

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to identify the nature of the relationship between the management of the expatriate student and her life resources through the three axes (time management،effort management،personal expense management) And the student's independent behavior by  three axes (Selfـ reliance،responsibility،selfـ confidence،sense of selfـ worth،ability to express opinions and make decisions) And some socioـ economic variables of the study sample family (student's age ـ  family size ـ  educational level for father and mother ـ  monthly income categories) And to Determining the nature of the differences between expatriate students of the study sample (urban and rural ـ  residents in the University City and private housing) In both the management of the student's life resources and its independent behavior And to identify the nature of the differences between the students sample study in each of the management of the university student expatriate resources life through the three axes And its independent behavior with  the three axes Depending on (age, grade،university, rank of student among sibling, mother's educational level, father's level of education, father's profession, mother's profession, monthly income categories. The study was followed by the analytical descriptive approach،where the questionnaire of the management of the expatriate university student for its life resources was prepared and the questionnaire of its independent behavior was applied to a sample of The students were selected in a psoriatic way،consisting of 215 expatriate students from different universities،colleges and different socioـ economic levels.
The results showed that there was a positive correlation with a significant function at a significant level of 0.01 Between the management of the university student expatriate resources life through  the three axes And its independent behavior with the three axes  There were no statistically significant differences between the average female students (Residents in the university city and female students residing in private housing ـ  rural and urban) In the total resource management questionnaire and the independent behavior questionnaire، There was a statistically significant difference at the level of significance of 0.001 among the students of the study sample in the management of life resources as a whole according to each (College،University) Which taught the student in it  of the Faculty of  Home Economics, Alـ Azhar University and for the University of Alـ Azhar Alـ Sharif, respectively While There is no statistically significant difference between the students in the study in  (Age, school group, student arrangement among her siblings, mother'sed ucation, father's education, mother's profession, father's profession, monthly income categories. there was also a statistically significant difference between the students in the study sample in the independent behavior as a whole (study group, College, University) At a significant level of 0.05 ـ  0.01 ـ  0.001 For the fourth group and the Faculty of Home Economics, Alـ Azhar University and Alـ Azhar University, respectively While There is no statistically significant difference between the students in the study (age،student arrangement among her siblings،mother's education،father's education،mother's profession،father's profession،monthly income categories).
The study presented a number of recommendations،the most important of which was the need to strengthen the curriculum and enrich it with materials and activities that develop the skills of resource management among female university students, especially in faculties where there are no special courses for administration The study stressed that the disparity between the students in the management of resources was in favor of the Faculty of Home Economics, Alـ Azhar University, which studies the courses of management as from  the First  band and they were the highest in the independent behavior, as well as urging families to set an example for their children in efficient management of resources and work on development The administrative capacity of their children through their involvement in the management of family resources and affairs, which qualifies them to assume responsibility and enhances their independent behavior.
