Abstract

The current study aims to find a mechanism to activate the role and importance of educational technology science in studying, managing, designing, employing and evaluating all available materials, tools, and human and technological resources to achieve the desired educational goals.
Accordingly, the current study seeks to build an algorithm based on the collection of big data that takes place from the interaction of factors that affect the educational process between the learner, the teacher, the parent and the civil society institutions, and then perform the processing of that data using educational and academic analysis software and systems all the elements of the educational process, then Produce a daily detailed report on the learner, teacher, guardian, and decision-makers for all what happened inside the educational situation, then classify, sort and arrange all learners, teachers and civil society institutions based on the motivation systems in one frame for each week during the school year, then a report for each semester and then Each academic year, to identify deficiencies in using or employing the available capabilities to bring about the learning process, and then it becomes clear to educational policy makers an accurate indicator of education that identifies areas of strength and weakness in the educational process to make appropriate decisions that guarantee the quality of education in the country.
The study also aims to reach a system of motivation (Gamification) for the learner to ensure the achievement of the desired educational goals in light of his characteristics, preparations and abilities in all activities that he undertakes during the educational process
