The aim of the current research is to uncover the appropriate standard levels for choosing cloud learning management systems, and this is in two areas: the educational aspects; And the technological aspects, listed below (16) criteria and (105) indicators. The most important recommendations of the current research came to adopt these standard levels because they contribute to a good choice of cloud learning management systems
