Abstract

Aims of the current research were to identify the relationship between Ubiquitous learning and quality assurance skills required for university faculty members and reducing their academic procrastination. To achieve aims of the research, the semi-experimental method was used. Measurement tools were quality skills assessment card and academic procrastination scale. Experimental treatment was the utilization of learning management system that based on ubiquitous learning principles. Basic research sample consisted of 30 universoty stuff member. Results showed the big effect of learning management system based on ubiquitous learning management system in  quality assurance skills learning management system that based on ubiquitous learning learning management system in reducing Academic procrastination among faculty members in area of quality assurance work, Study recommends the importance of using ubiquitous learning technology at all courses also study recommends the benefits if holding training workshops for faculty members to develop their competence in quality skills and also the need to take care of academic procrastination phenomenon  in various stages of education and all academic categories.
