Skills of producing a 3D virtual learning environment for education technology professionals

Abstract

The objective of the current research to achieve the objective of the research, the researcher followed the descriptive approach by studying the studies and literature to identify the bases and sources of skill development and methods of drafting, and extract a list of basic and secondary skills to produce the 3D virtual learning environment.
  The researcher built a list of basic and secondary skills needed to produce a virtual learning environment based on the second life.
