The Effect of Interactive Mind Maps on the Development of Visual Learning Skills for the Students of Instructional Technology

Abstract

The current research aims to prepare a list of visual learning skills to be developed by students of educational technology and computer teacher in the Faculty of Specific Education - Port Said University, Through the design of interactive Mind maps to teach the visual culture course, and to test its effectiveness in achieving its objectives, The use of visual technology enhances learning by providing a better understanding of the subject and motivating students, The importance of research is due to a list of visual learning skills that can be developed by educated students, In addition, it may contribute to learning technology students' use of the interactive mind mapping strategy to help them to organize their ideas and study effectively, and to employ interactive mental maps to develop visual learning skills, And to benefit from the results of the use of interactive mind maps in other studies are similar, while directing the attention of those who design and educational development on the need to benefit from the strategies of visual impact on the educational process, and finally contribute to the Publishing  and development of the culture of the use of strategy visual mind maps. The present study found that the use of interactive mind maps helped to develop visual thinking and visual reading, thus developing visual learning skills.
