Abstract

Aims of the studythe effectiveness of personal interactive environment based- on developing programming skills of instructional technology specialists. Andselecting the study sample from the graduates of instructional technologydept... 20 experienced specialists. And Tools of  the study in Cognitive achievement test to knowledge in programming skills and, Observation card prepared by HTML language and Digital projects evaluation card prepared to lesson programming.The Treatment Material was represented in website presented by the Personal learning interactive environment by practice and training strategy. And Results of the studyclarifies the effectiveness of personal interactive environment based- program on developing the cognitive element, developing the psychomotor element of  programming  skills by HTML, and There is a statistically significant correlation between the scores means of the experimental  group on the digital projects and their cognitive achievement test.
