The Effectiveness of suggesting an Electronic Program on gaining Teachers of Basic stage skills of preparing Electronic tests

Abstract

The present study aimed at developing the skills of teachers in the preparation of e-tests, by improving the skill level of performance of teachers in the electronic test preparation. The sample consisted of (56) teachers of teachers of basic education, use the semi experimental method to investigate the impact of the independent variable on the dependent variables. Consisted experimental treatment material in multimedia program for the development of the skills of teachers in the preparation of e-tests, while consisted measurement tool in assessing the performance of the card skills. The results indicated the positive impact of the proposed educational program on the development of e-skills test preparation for teachers of the study sample.
