The Effect of the Interaction between Group Size and Learning Style on the Performance of E-Activities among Students of Instructional Technology

Abstract

The present research aimed to improve the electronic activities performance among learners, where e-learning activities are a prominent element and a partner in the learning process in general and e-courses in particular, Because of their great effect  in formation and development of the learner experiences and then modify his behavior, and in accumulation and proficiency of many skills. Therefore, research has sought to determine the impact of both grouping and learning styles on learners' performance of e-learning activities. The research sample has been consisted of (40) forty students from the fourth year students of Department of Educational Technology at Faculty of specific education in Fayoum University.  The most tools in Learning Styles test and the evaluation card of electronic activities. The Vark test was applied to classify students according to their learning style (visual, auditory, read/write, Kinesthetic) into (4) experimental groups, then each of them divided into two groups, small group consisting of (3) students and intermediate group consisting of (7) students. Each group was asked to perform a range of electronic activities and the results showed that the small group was better than the middle group in the electronic activities performance, in addition to that the students of visual style had better performance of the audio, Kinesthetic and read/write styl
