The research aimed to measure the effectiveness of blended learning in developing musical awareness among fourth-grade primary school students. The researcher followed the experimental method, a quasi-experimental design with a single group. The research experiment was implemented in the second semester of the academic year (2024/2025 AD). The research group consisted of (30) male and female students from the fourth-grade primary school at the First Neighborhood School in New Minya City. A learning environment based on blended learning was designed, consisting of two parts: a traditional part and an electronic part, and presented to students through the Edapp platform. The content was represented in (10) educational sessions related to musical awareness skills (cognitive, skill-based, and emotional). The measurement tools in the current research were: (a cognitive test, an observation card, and an attitude scale). The research results showed an improvement in all aspects of the post-application, which indicates the effectiveness of the proposed program using blended learning in developing achievement, skills, and attitudes. The research recommended the necessity of developing various musical skills, employing blended learning, and employing modern technologies effectively.
