Abstract

Abstract:

This study aims to develop a structured list of design standards for the Micro e-course, a course format that has gained considerable significance within contemporary digital learning environments. The researcher employed the descriptive-analytical method by reviewing and analyzing relevant studies, scholarly literature, and the foundational sources from which the standards were derived, along with their methods of analysis. A preliminary version of the standards list was developed and then presented to (10) experts in the field of educational technology to evaluate its validity and applicability. The findings showed that the experts’ agreement levels on the proposed standards ranged between (80%) and (100%). Based on their feedback, the researcher finalized the standards list, which included two main standards, eight sub-standards, and (125) indicators. This framework serves as a systematic foundation for designing Micro e-courses that align with both pedagogical and technical quality requirements.
