Abstract

The current research aimed to study the effectiveness of the training program prepared to develop the skills of people of determination in recycling household waste in its aspects (paper recycling, plastic recycling, fabric recycling, paper recycling) and its impact on their attitudes towards establishing micro-projects. The study followed the descriptive analytical approach and the semi-automatic approach. Experimental, the exploratory research sample consisted of (20) university students with special needs at Assiut University from practical and theoretical faculties (Faculty of Specific Education - Faculty of Arts) from urban residents of Assiut Governorate from different social and economic levels that were chosen in an intentional, purposeful way, in order to codify the study tools represented in (General Data Form, Household Waste Recycling Awareness Questionnaire, and Trend towards Establishing Micro-Projects Questionnaire) The tools were pre-applied to the basic sample consisting of (60) university students with disabilities at Assiut University who were selected in a purposive manner, and the prepared program was applied to The experimental sample consists of (15) university students with disabilities who have a low level of awareness (lower quartile) as a result of their response to the study tools, and this is what was demonstrated by the results of the basic research sample. They were chosen intentionally from the basic sample, and after that the post-application of the tools was done on the experimental sample.
