Abstract

The aim of the current research to identify the effectiveness of a program based on blended learning to develop professional competencies towards smart clothing among students of industrial technical education and the researcher followed the semi-experimental approach with one group and to achieve the goal of the research, the researcher has: 1- Designing a proposed program based on blended learning to teach smart fabrics ((Designing new educational situations that mix classroom teaching and online teaching)) 2- Building an achievement test to measure the cognitive aspect 3- Designing a note card to measure the side Per formal. 4- Designing a trend scale to measure the emotional aspect. The research tools were applied to a sample of 33 female students (class 2-3) from the second grade of technical secondary school specializing in ready-made garments at Bani Mazar Technical School for the academic year 2023-2024 AD The research found that: And the existence of statistically significant differences at the level of (α ≤ 05), between the average scores of the students of the study sample in the pre- and post-measurements in the cognitive achievement test, observation card and trend scale in favor of the post-application.
