Content Presented Via Robot Technique in Open Channels: A Field Study in Exposure and Obtain Skills to Media Students

Abstract

The research aimed to identify the contents presented via robot technology on satellite channels: a field study on exposure and acquisition of skills among media students. This research is considered, a descriptive research, as the researcher relied on the descriptive approach and used the media survey method. The research was applied in the field on a deliberate sample of (300) individuals from students of the (Minya, Beni Suef Private, Misr for Science and Technology). universities The most important research results that the researcher reached: The percentage of following the contents presented via robot technology increased to a moderate degree on satellite channels by media students in the study sample by (71.7%) in first rank. The results indicated that Arab channels came in first place in terms of the respondents’ favorite news satellite channels by a percentage of (32.7%), followed by foreign channels in second place by a percentage of (27.7%), while the degree of exposure of the study sample to the contents via the media came as “the channel’s website on Facebook” came in first place by a large degree (35.2%), and "the channel's website" came in a large degree (22.3), the reasons for the research sample's interest in following news related to robot technology varied, as "to develop myself, enhance my skills and improve my media performance" came in first place with a percentage of (76%), then "to provide more accurate interactive and vital information" came in second place with a percentage of (74.3%)
