The effectiveness of a guidance programme to develop the awareness of those who are planning to marry about the design dynamic of economic housing and its relationship to housing sustainability

Abstract

The objective of the present research is mainly to study the effectiveness of a mentoring programme to develop the awareness of those who marry about the design dynamic of the economic housing with its axes and its relationship to housing sustainability with its axes. The basic research sample was 418 young men and women, chosen in a psoriasis-oriented manner by young men who are likely to marry both sexes in the governorate of Menoufia, provided they are in the engagement phase, and the experimental research sample was reached (50) Young men and women with low awareness from the minimum quadrant of the basic sample, and the data were met through the application of research tools (Public Data Form, Design Dynamic Awareness Questionnaire for Economic Housing, Housing Sustainability Questionnaire, Guidance Program). The research followed the analytical descriptive approach and pilot approach, using appropriate statistical methods through the Spss (v.21) programme.

Results: a statistically relevant correlation of 0.001 between the level of awareness of the design dynamic of the economic dwelling and the housing sustainability of its interlocutor with future young people on marriage.

The research recommended: publishing the sessions of the indicative programme through the launch of a series of caravans and training classes by universities to be carried out by faculty members in the field of home management and institutions to inform the groups of society in general and future young people to marry in particular with the design dynamic and innovative solutions of housing with limited spaces,
