The Reality of School Broadcasting in the Digital Transformation Perspectives of Educational Media Specialists and High School Students

Abstract

The study aims to explore the reality of school broadcasting in the context of digital transformation from the perspectives of educational media specialists and high school students. This descriptive study utilizes a survey methodology. The study sample consists of a deliberate sample comprising (400) educational media specialists who use the internet network in Minia Governorate. Similarly, the deliberate sample also includes (400) high school students participating in school broadcasting in Minia Governorate. The study relies on two survey sheets to collect the required information, which were implemented between 1/11/2023 and 31/1/2024. The study's results indicate a statistically significant positive correlation between students' participation in school broadcasting and their utilization of the internet in preparing segments of the school broadcasting program. Additionally, the study finds a statistically significant positive correlation between the usage of the internet by educational media specialists and their utilization of it in preparing the school broadcasting program.
