Abstract

The art of macrame is considered one of the ancient and ancient arts. It is one of the handmade arts characterized by its aesthetic form, as it relies on the method of knotting and tying, with an innovative artistic decorative system that depends primarily on the extent of the designer’s innovation and creativity, where ropes or threads are formed in the manner of knotting in order to create various decorative products using... The art of macrame is one of the plastic arts that relies primarily on the visions of designers during shaping with rope or thread, as this art allows the designer to innovate, diversify, and create, which helps to produce new and unique designs. It is known that Egyptian artists and designers have produced various forms of macrame art, especially those that have been used in home decoration since ancient times, but in our current era, the spread of macrame art has decreased, especially among young people and young people, to the point that the majority of young people do not know the art of macrame,
