The skill of delegation and its relationship to the efficiency of managing priorities for working housewives in light of contemporary challenges

Abstract

This research aims to study the relationship between delegation skill and the efficiency of managing priorities for working housewives in light of contemporary challenges. The descriptive approach was used, by applying the study tools prepared by the two researchers, which are as follows (basic data form, contemporary challenges quality questionnaire, delegation skill questionnaire, Priority Management Efficiency Questionnaire. The research sample consisted of (234) working women heads of households who were selected by chance, from different social and economic levels. The data was collected, classified, and tabulated, and appropriate statistical methods were used through the statistical program SPSS. The results of the research resulted in the following follows:

- There is a positive correlation between the skill of delegation in its two dimensions and the efficiency of managing priorities in its dimensions.

- There are statistically significant differences between members of the research sample in the skill of delegation in its two dimensions, depending on the variable of the educational level of the head of the family, and it was in favor of the higher educational level.

- There are statistically significant differences between members of the research sample in the skill of delegation in its two dimensions depending on the variable number of family members, and it was in favor of the number of family members less than 4 members.

- There are statistically significant differences between members of the research sample in the efficiency of managing priorities in its two dimensions according to the variable of the educational level
