Knowledge management and its relationship to family stability among asample of female heads of household

Abstract

The research aims to study the relationship between the knowledge management of the head of the family in its axes (planning to acquire knowledge - applying knowledge - evaluating knowledge) and family stability in its dimensions (psychological stability - social stability - economic stability). and also aims to reveal the variance between the heads of families in the research sample in both knowledge management in according to some variables of the social and economic level (level of education of the head of the family, monthly income categories)

The research sample consisted of 224 working and non-working women heads of families in both rural and urban areas of Gharbia Governorate from different social and economic levels. They were selected in a random, purposive manner The research used the descriptive analytical method.The most important results of the research: the presence of a positive, significant correlation at 0.01 between the knowledge management of the head of the family in its three axes and family stability in its three dimensions There is a statistically significant variance between the heads of families in the research sample in knowledge management according to the level of education of the head of the family at a significance level of 0.001 in favor of the high educational level of the head of the family
