Abstract

The research aims to study the relationship between timing skill in its four dimensions (organization - synchronization - sequence - repetition) and academic achievement in its dimensions (level of ambition - fire for excellence - taking responsibility - social intelligence). I have a sample of university youth. The research tools were applied to 670 students. and the sample was required to be young people from Menofia University. The research tools consisted of a general data form, a timing skill questionnaire, and an academic achievement questionnaire. The data was collected, then unpacked, tabulated, tabulated, and statistically analyzed.

The most important results were the existence of a positive, statistically significant correlation between the timing skill in its dimensions and the academic achievement of young people in its dimensions. There is also a positive, statistically significant correlation between the number of family members - the age of the university youth and the timing skill at a significant level of 0.01. It was also shown that there are no statistically significant differences between the male and female university youth in the study sample in awareness of the timing skill and its dimensions: synchronization - repetition - organization. Therefore, the research recommends preparing the university colleges for training courses and programs aimed at providing university youth with the skills of a future leader, the most important of which are timing skills, decision-making skills, and work completion skills.
