The research aims to reveal the possibility of using cartoon characters in children’s visual arts to enrich the plastic values in pictorial painting, and the importance of the research in activating the role of the student becomes clear. Art is in the service of society by beautifying its surrounding environment, and the research confirms that among the speakers there are cartoon characters in children’s visual arts and the enrichment of plastic values in photography, student painting with art education, and the research results in experimental descriptive composition, Among the results of the research is that cartoon characters in children’s visual arts are rich in characters that can be used in pictorial paintings that address children with cancer and work to spread the spirit of hope and joy in them.
