Study Aims : this current study aims at determining the relationship degree between the job satisfaction among faculty members regarding non academic responsibilities and their quality of life .
Study type and method : this study is a descriptive study , and the method is sample survey .
Study sample: the researcher applied this research on 314 faculty member after putting into consideration the study variables which are embodied in university type , major , gender , and academic degree

Asurvey of job satisfaction which is applied electronical .
The skill of life form among faculty members ( prepared ) by the
researcher .
Important results : the study has proving that there is a direct relation between the level of job satisfaction among faculty members and the rate of quality of life index
