Abstract

The objective of the current research is to develop collaborative leadership skills and academic float by revealing the impact of the electronic aid pattern (explanatory/corrective) in a micro-learning environment on the development of collaborative leadership skills and academic float among student teachers of educational technology. The research sample consisted of (60) male and female students from Student teachers in the fourth year, Department of Educational Technology, Faculty of Specific Education, and to achieve the objectives of the research, the experimental design known as the complete random design was used, which is concerned with the presence of several levelsز

The results of the statistical analysis of the hypotheses showed that the scores of the students of the first and second experimental research groups in the telemetry of collaborative leadership skills were in favor of the students of the first experimental group, and the scores of the students of the two research groups.

)The first experimental and the second experimental) in the post-measurement of the academic buoyancy scale for the benefit of the students of the first experimental group, a positive correlation was found between the mean scores of the students (the two research groups) in the post-measurement of the study's measurement tools, and it found effectiveness in the proposed mini-learning environment, whether using the electronic aids style Explanatory or using corrective electronic aids style in developing collaborative leadership skills and academic buoyancy among student teachers of educational technology.
