Abstract

The reality of media institutions application for the findings and recommendations of media researches and it's relation with the professional satisfaction for staff members

Goals of the study :

This study aims at observing the level of the professional satisfaction for staff members of both sexes in the university resulting from the reality of media institutions application for the findings and recommendations of media researches .

Type and method of the study :

This study belongs to the descriptive ones and used the sampling survey .

The sample :

The researcher applied the research on the staff members of the educational media and departments of media at faculties of Arts and Media of ( 174 ) members .

Tools of the study :

1- E. questionnaire.

2-The scale of the professional satisfaction for staff members in the universities ( prepared by the researcher ) .



The most important findings :

-There is no statistically significant relationship between the media institutions application for the findings and recommendations of the scientific researches and the professional satisfaction for staff members .



-The most prominent reasons that lead to the media institutions reluctance to apply the findings and recommendations of the scientific researches are that there is no link or communication between the university and these institutions .



_ The study sample, who had not previously presented their scientific production to a media institution, ranked first
