Effectiveness of a counseling program to develop psychological immunity for female teachers at the College of Home Economics who are victims of emotional blackmail

Abstract

The aim of the research is to verify the effectiveness of the program used in the research to develop psychological immunity among female teachers exposed to emotional blackmail, and to verify the extent of its continuity during the follow-up period, and the study was conducted on a sample of 23 female teachers and the researcher prepared the psychological immunity scale and the emotional blackmail scale, and the researcher reached the following results:

- The existence of a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the average ranks of the experimental group scores in the pre- and post-applications of the psychological immunity scale in favor of the post-application

- There was no statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05) between the average grades of the experimental group in the dimensional and tracking applications of the psychological immunity scale in favor of the dimensional application
