Abstract

Internet is one of the most successful technological means in providing educational materials through different learning environments that are designed with organization, coordination and effective use of colours, shapes, drawings, movements and videos; Therefore, attention to standards has become a global movement and a national demand in all fields, including education. This research sought to prepare a list of educational and technical standards for an e-learning environment based on synchronous learning. The researcher used the analytical descriptive research approach for educational technology research in presenting, studying and analyzing the research in order to extract the standards. The researcher derived an initial proposed list of educational and technical standards for the e-learning environmentThen, it was presented to the (11) arbitrators who specialize in curricula, teaching methods, and educational technology. The researcher reached a list of final standards that can be used in the synchronous e-learning environment. Junior high.
