Abstract

The current research aimed to study the effectiveness of the counseling program designed to develop green management practices in its axes (green recruitment of resources, green management of information, green health and safety management, green performance evaluation) among adolescents and its relationship to their taking responsibility for its axes (self-reliance, self-confidence and sense of self-worth, ability to Expressing opinion and decision-making), and the study followed the analytical descriptive approach and the experimental approach. The study represented in (General Data Form, Awareness Questionnaire of Green Management Practices, and Responsibility Questionnaire) and the tools were previously applied to the basic sample consisting of (400) adolescents, and the prepared program was applied to the experimental sample consisting of (75) adolescents with a total level of awareness Low (lower quartile) as a result of their response to the study tools, and this was shown by the results of the basic research sample, and they were deliberately chosen from the first sample basic, and then the post application was done on the experimental sample of the study tools, and the most important results were the existence of a direct correlation between the axes of awareness of green management practices and the axes of bearing responsibility and the variables of the study and the variables at the level of significance (0.01), while the variable of monthly income and the number of family members was An inverse relationship for green management practices, and it was also found that the most influential variables of the study on the
