Abstract

The development and growth of educational and psychological tests and their applications were positively affected by the massive technological revolution and the software industry, as this helped in creating advanced measurement theories, and one of its fruits was also the emergence of new methods of computer-based testing that occupied the place of paper and pen tests, including the adaptive constructive test, which is considered one of Recent trends to measure students' mental abilities and different aspects of achievement. The adaptive constructivist test aims to provide a test according to the learner's educational level, through which the strengths and weaknesses of each student can be identified and work to address weaknesses and strengthen strengths The current research aims to reach a list of educational, technical, psychometric and adaptive standards that must be taken into account when designing learning environments based on adaptive constructivist testing. To achieve this goal, the researcher used the analytical descriptive research method. And the researchers came up with an initial list of criteria and their indicators, and it was judged by specialists In the field of educational technology, a final list of four criteria and (57) indicators was reached
