The effectiveness of a counseling program in enhancing the administrative skills for Houswives with determination and its relationship to their adaptive behavior

Abstract

program designed to enhance administrative skills in its axes (income management skill, time management skill, decision-making skill, and problem-solving skill) for mothers of determination and its relationship to adaptive behavior in its axes (communication, daily life events, socialization), and the study followed The analytical descriptive method and the experimental method, and the exploratory research sample consisted of (20) mothers of determination, their ages ranged from (20-50) years, from the city of Assiut, and they have children from different social and economic levels. In a purposeful, serendipitous way, in order to ration the study tools represented in (general data form, management skills questionnaire, and adaptive behavior questionnaire), the tools were previously applied to the basic sample consisting of (75) mothers of determination, and the prepared program was applied to the experimental sample consisting of (20) mothers. People of determination with a low level of total awareness (lower quartile) as a result of their response to the study tools, and this was indicated by the results of the basic research sample, and they were chosen randomly The intentional leaf from the basic sample, and then the post application was done on the experimental sample of the study tools, and the most important results were that there is a direct correlation relationship regarding the severity of disability, an inverse relationship between the administrative skills axes, the adaptive behavior axes, the study variables and the variables at the level of significance (0.01), All of you found that the most influential study variables
