Efficiency of using E-learning Strategy For Art Education Teachers

Abstract

Training teachers on e-learning and its strategies is one of the basic requirements for the digital teacher as it enables him to perform his role in the educational process efficiently and effectively and makes him able to adapt from the variables of the digital age and in an attempt to improve the teacher’s skills in the field of e-learning and digital teaching and the use of electronic strategies in order to achieve the desired educational goals. The current research seeks to identify the competencies of using e-learning strategies necessary for art education teachersThe researcher has prepared a list of the necessary competencies that included (general competencies related to e-learning - competencies for using electronic lectures - competencies for using electronic discussion - competencies for using the flipped classroom - competencies for using learning based on web projects) and the total competencies in the list reached (43 sub-competencies)The current research recommended the need to develop these competencies for all teachers in general and the art education teacher in particular, and the use of developed training programs that refine his skills and competence.
