MOOC and it's Relationship with Acquisition Collaborative Leadership Skills For Instructional technology studenst

Abstract

This study aimed to provide students of the Department of Education Technology with collaborative leadership skills through MOOC as a learning environment, which provides opportunities for communication and interaction within it, and teamwork, and through the provision and availability of a set of educational tools and activities that support the acquisition of these skills, study, knowledge building and transformation The learner of an active component has the ability to be creative and innovative. The study experience was applied to a sample of (30) male and female students in the first year, Department of Educational Technology, Faculty of Specific Education, Minia University, and the experimental treatment material represented by the Easy Class learning platform was prepared based on MOOC, which is presented according to the general model of the design. ADDIE, due to its agreement with the nature of the current study, and its flexibility and simplicity, It included the five main stages on which the majority of educational design models depend, and the measurement tool was the observation card to measure the skill side of cooperative leadership skills for Instructional technology students.
