Abstract

The research aims at studying

- The relationship between the constituents of the family excellence in its dimensions (Financial support- spiritual support- the personal traits of the householder ) and the motivation for perfection in its three aspects (resources planning – training and development- the enjoy of perfection) of the housewife.

- The differences amongst the working and non-working female heads of household, regarding the constituents of the family excellence in its dimensions and the motivation for perfection in its three aspects.

- The nature of differences amongst the female heads of household, the sample of the study in the constituents of the family excellence in its dimensions and the motivation for perfection in its three aspects regarding the income level.

- Throwing lights on the differences amongst the female heads of household, "the study sample" regarding the constituents of the family excellence in its dimensions and the motivation for perfection in its three aspects concerning the marriage duration.
