Abstract

The Research aims to achieve the following main objective: to identify the effectiveness of a proposed program in a digital media education to develop the congnitive awareness of digital privacy among university students, where the researcger used the quasi-experimental approach on a sample of (30) male and female students from minya university.
The most important results were as follows: thereare statistically significant differences at the level of ≤ (0.05) between the members of the research sample, students of the experimental group between the tribal and remote measurements in awareness of digital privacy towards the larger average (post- measurement), and the presence of statistically significant differenecs at the level of ≤ (0.05) among the members of the research sample due to the gender variable in the level of the cognitive aspect towards the larger average (females), and there aren’t statistically significant differences at the level ≤ (0.05) among the research sample members due to the variable of residence,There are also statistically significant differences at the level of ≤ (0.05) among the members of the research sample in the level of the cognitive aspect in the tribal measurement of the sample, where it was greater than the test value
Which is (30 degrees), which is equivalent to (50%) of the total degree of the cognitive aspect of awareness of digital privacy, which indicates a high level of the cognitive aspect of the sample, but it is less than the average dimensional measurement of the cognitive aspect of the sample.
