The effectiveness of an e-learning environment to develop the skills of producing mobile applications for educational technology specialists

Abstract

The production of educational applications with specifications commensurate with the learners has become one of the roles that must be developed for the educational technology specialist within the school because they are the most able to understand the capabilities, needs and requirements of the learners.
The aim of the current research is to raise the level of skill performance of educational technology specialists in the skills of producing applications that work on mobile devices, by revealing the effectiveness of an e-learning environment in developing the cognitive and performance aspects related to the skills of producing applications working on mobile devices, and the research group consisted of (25) specialists. The measurement tools consisted of an achievement selection to measure the cognitive aspect, a note card to measure the skill performance, and the final product evaluation card. The measurement tools (test, observation) were applied before and after learning, and the product evaluation card was applied after learning, and the research results reached the effectiveness of the learning environment. In developing the skills of producing applications running on mobile devices among educational technology specialists.
